BWA Group consists of Lisbon based companies tasked with development, rehabilitation and initiating unique designs.
There are 6 brands that fall under the umbrella of BWA Group and each brand operates in a different segment of the real estate market.

This Privacy Policy exists in order to inform our Clients and Users of the general rules of privacy and treatment of their personal data, which we collect and treat in the strict respect and compliance with the Law that regulates the General Regulation of Data Protection

• If you purchase and / or use our products or services either directly from BWA Group and / or its agents / business partners.

Your personal data will be collected and used for commercial and marketing purposes in the strict terms that you select in the Consent Form contained in this Site.

BWA Group does not have any profiling tools and does not use cookies on its Websites for any profiling purposes. However, there is a Cookies policy that you must give your consent to when accessing our Site. BWA Group uses a website development platform that may use cookies for the purpose of analyzing, monitoring and tracking the use of the Site. These technologies are used to maintain, provide and improve Services and provide users with a better experience without identifying and obtaining personal data. For example, securing services, identifying technical issues, user trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Why does BWA Group need to collect and store personal data?
BWA Group is committed to providing the best service to its Customers and thus, the collection of online information on the orders and the choices of products we distribute is fundamental for a better rendering and optimization of our business activity.

Data from internet applications
If the client registered or authenticated, the following data may be used: average application usage (behavior within the application); information regarding the location;
How long do we keep your personal information?
We store your data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Once the maximum period of conservation has been reached, your personal data will be irrevocably anonymized (anonymized data may be retained) or destroyed in a secure manner.
For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (customer sales and marketing) your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months from the collection of your consent or the last contact made (whichever occurs last) and if, within this period, you have not withdrawn your consent.
With whom we can share your personal information and how we keep you safe
BWA Group is a group of Portuguese companies with affinities to a corporate structure based in the European Union. Accordingly, your personal data can be accessed first by the employees of BWA Group who are authorized for this level of access and secondly by our suppliers or service providers located in countries within the EU (European Union) as will be the case with IT and accounting services as well as additional logistics and distribution service providers whose procedures comply with and are in line with the RGPD.
Your personal data is stored on the protected servers of our suppliers / service providers, being accessed and used exclusively under our policies and standards (or equivalent policies and standards of our suppliers / service providers). However, the use of information technology tools that forcefully use the Internet network may pass through less secure circuits, which we cannot guarantee its total inviolability.
In the use of websites platforms, you may find links to other websites that are unrelated to the BWA Group. The availability of such links is made in good faith, and BWA Group cannot be held liable for the collection and processing of personal data made on those websites, nor be held liable for the accuracy, credibility and functionalities of third party websites.
Personal data that is exported outside the EU will be treated in accordance with appropriate security measures.
BWA Group has no agreements or plans to have with other partners outside the EU.
How you can change or withdraw your consent:
You may at any time change or withdraw your consent, with effect for the future.
Upon complete withdrawal of your consent statements you will no longer be contacted and receive communications for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
To withdraw your statements of consent submitted to BWA Group simply access our Site again, fill in your personal data and resubmit the Consent Form, selecting the check boxes according to your preferences. The last Consent Form submitted to the BWA Group will prevail over all previous Consent Forms.
